Hi, I’m Rafaela, founder and lead organizer of Organize to Inspire. I’m a small business owner, mom, wife, and home-organizing expert with a background in logistics and functional systems. My approach to organization was shaped over a decade ago through hands-on experience designing efficient systems and supporting companies in refining their workflows.
Alongside this, my years as a professional volleyball player instilled discipline, structure, and consistency—principles that continue to guide how I live and work today. Every project I take on is rooted in intention, precision, and a deep understanding of how homes function in real life.
