Founder & Lead Organizer
Rafaela Graves
Rafaela Graves is the Founder and Lead Organizer of Organize to Inspire, proudly serving families throughout Metro Detroit with personalized home organization solutions. Raised in a small household in Brazil, Rafaela discovered her love for organizing early on—constantly rearranging furniture and reimagining spaces to improve flow and function. Her parents used to joke that whenever the house went quiet, she was surely off rearranging something.
That passion led her to pursue a degree in logistics, which she completed in Brazil in 2015. While studying, Rafaela also gained valuable hands-on experience aiding families in childcare and house management. After graduation, she followed her dream of traveling the world and learning a new language, eventually moving to the United States. There, she met her husband and together they adopted their beloved Great Dane, bought their dream home, and welcomed their new baby, Rory. Once settled into their new life, Rafaela turned her lifelong passion into a business, launching Organize to Inspire in September 2023. With a strong foundation in logistics and over six years of experience helping busy families manage their homes, Rafaela and her team are dedicated to creating organized spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Margeaux Remer
With a degree in advertising and graphic design, Margeaux brings a creative eye and a hands-on approach to every project. After realizing the traditional desk job wasn’t the right fit for her, she followed her passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces. A natural organizer and design enthusiast, Margeaux finds joy in transforming environments that not only look great but feel just right. She also puts her design skills to use behind the scenes, managing Organize to Inspire’s social media presence and ensuring the brand looks as polished online as the spaces she helps create.
When she's not helping clients reimagine their spaces, you’ll find her at home, constantly reorganizing, rearranging, and dreaming up her next design project (much to her husband’s apprehension). For Margeaux, home isn’t just a place—it’s a mood, and she’s here to help you create yours.
